Job Purpose:
We need technician to support for QA functions. Follow up & test QoS problems in Field, Service port inspection & health check, take necessary actions to improve customer experience.
Job Functions:
• Periodic Testing on Quality of service in the Field for all technology
• Follow up customer complaint on phone, on site, keeping tickets up to date and report them.
• Inventory and tracking on service ports, to guarantee maximum resources utilized
• Assist ADSL Team in Incident and Problem Management Process handling.
• interact customer in proper way, Take the extra mile to engage customers
• Understandable competitive challenging person.
• Good team work, self-motivated and self-learning.
• Have the ability to make business trips all over Kurdistan region.
• Able to work under high pressure environment.
• Male gender is required.
Minimum Experience:
• Minimum 1 year work in telecommunication field.
Minimum Education:
• Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in telecommunication, computer, electronic or related majority is highly desirable.
Knowledge & Skills:
• Preferred to have good telecom skills and Computer knowledge.
• MS office (excel) good knowledge is required.
